Kakheti Region, Georgia
This delicate wine is made from a blend of indigenous Georgian grape varieties, primarily Rkatsiteli, often complemented by Kakhuri Mtsvane and other local varieties grown in the fertile Alazani Valley in Kakheti, eastern Georgia.
The wine has a pale straw colour, delicate fruit aromas and pleasant natural sweetness. Notes of ripe pear, apple, peach and citrus are balanced by refreshing acidity, creating a light, approachable and easy-drinking style.
Recommended with light appetisers, fruit salads, mild cheeses and fish, or simply served as a refreshing aperitif.
