Amber Dry
Kartli Region, Georgia
This wine is a traditional Georgian blend of Goruli Mtsvane and Chinuri grapes grown in the Kartli region. Extended fermentation on the skins gives the wine its deep amber colour and complex structure.
The bouquet reveals inviting aromas of dried apricot, quince, wild herbs and delicate spices, complemented by earthy and nutty notes characteristic of traditional qvevri winemaking.
The palate is textured and medium-bodied, with firm tannins, balanced acidity and a long, dry finish.
Pairs beautifully with roasted meats, aged cheeses, mushrooms and richly flavoured vegetarian dishes.
