This elegant wine is a harmonious blend of Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane, two of Georgia’s most traditional endemic grape varieties, grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of the Kakheti region.
Crafted using the classical European method without skin contact, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh and vibrant character. It displays a light straw color with delicate aromas of pear, green apple, citrus, and subtle white flowers. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-balanced, featuring lively acidity, a smooth texture, and a clean, crisp finish.
An excellent companion to salads, poultry, and mild cheeses.
