The wine is produced using the Saignée method with a short period of skin maceration, achieving a harmonious balance of colour, aroma and flavour. The rich character of Saperavi is complemented by the lighter profile of Rkatsiteli, resulting in a well-structured rosé with a vibrant pink colour.
The bouquet offers expressive aromas of fresh red berries and pomegranate, accompanied by delicate floral notes. The palate is lively and fresh, with bright acidity, subtle minerality and a crisp, dry finish.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fresh fruit, salads, poultry and mild cheeses.
